A 128 square foot room adjacent to the 1-car detached garage had been used for a pottery studio, a kid’s hang out, a garden shed, and a workshop to repair and re-glaze the home’s 100+ year old original windows. Now it is being re-purposed again, this time as a home office … or rather as a garage office. Due to the events of 2020 and the additional needs of home offices / classrooms this project is seen as a first phase to a larger addition /remodel of this small Ann Arbor home built in 1916.
