The pandemic response in 2020 has shifted the priorities of many homeowners to add private spaces for work and exterior living spaces to engage with the outdoors and the escape that their backyards afford them. Here is a preliminary study (2 concepts) of a screened porch and an open back porch addition with a swimming pool.
